We are dedicated to supporting babies and children thrive and grow using sensory integration therapy, early intervention and a family centred approach. We believe that supporting a family is essential in progress for the child. We see a range of different diagnosis such as developmental delay, autism, ADHD, academic challenges, sensory processing disorders and more.

I offer psychotherapy to adults seeking deeper understanding of emotional difficulties, relational patterns, and recurring ways of thinking or feeling that may feel difficult to change. Areas of clinical interests include posttraumatic stress disorder, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. My work is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client, drawing primarily from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches.
