It Includes a health, nutrition and lifestyle assessment and a body composition assessment on the InBody analyser. This is the information gathering session so that the dietician can personalise your diet plan according to your needs. The diet plan is then prepared, and you will see me a few days later for a second consultation to go through the diet plan. That consultation takes 45 minutes. The fee is R1900 and covers both consultations. (certain medical schemes/plans cover these costs in full) We do submit directly to most medical aids, provided you have funds available.
