Dr Tayler | Longev Medical Dr Tayler is a medical doctor with a functional and integrative approach to health, focusing on hormone optimisation, metabolic health, weight management, longevity medicine and aesthetics. She works with both men and women, helping patients address concerns such as perimenopause, PMS, heavy or irregular cycles, low testosterone, fatigue, burnout, weight changes and metabolic health challenges. Consultations take a root-cause approach, looking in depth at lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition and exercise, and how these factors influence hormonal and metabolic health. Assessments may include targeted blood analysis and advanced body composition testing (InBody) to gain a clearer understanding of each patient’s overall health. Dr Tayler offers a wide range of services, including integrative health consultations, regenerative therapies (such as PRP and peptide therapy), IV nutrient therapy, weight management support, and aesthetic treatments. Her approach focuses on personalised, evidence-based care, supporting patients in improving their health, optimising performance and maintaining both internal health and external vitality.

I am passionate about empowerment through a trusting relationship and by development of healthy coping mechanisms & habits, identifying patterns that hinder growth, improvement of self-awareness and focusing on inner strengths to build confidence.
