This is a free introductory call to determine if Whole OT is the right fit for you and to answer any questions you have regarding occupational therapy. This is an optional step, and not a therapy session.

This is an initial consultation. It is mostly a conversation, though additional assessments or screening questionnaires may be included where appropriate. A few things to note: 1. Please allow 90 minutes. This gives us time to understand what your days look like, what matters most to you and what is making things harder, and to work out some initial strategies together. 2. You will receive a pre-assessment form to complete beforehand. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes and helps guide our time together. Please submit it at least 8 hours before your appointment. 3. Follow-up sessions are available. We'll discuss what would be helpful at the end of the session. 4. You are welcome to have your baby with you. 5. If 90 minutes isn't possible for you, please let me know in advance and we'll work out an arrangement that suits.
