This consult is where we discuss the in-depth results of your DNALysis Tests!
1. Review the test results + Food Diary Feedback
- We will discuss your results and the changes needed to your own food diary to make the most out of your health
- Provide meal options + ideas to keep things exciting
DNALysis Test + first consultation
This is for a first consultation WITH a DNALysis test to further personalise your diet plan based on your results. This consult includes:
1. Welcome & Information Gathering
- Medical history (chronic conditions, meds, supplements)
- Current symptoms (GI issues, fatigue, appetite, etc.)
- Lifestyle:
- Dietary overview
- Establish goals (weight, muscle, clinical outcomes, performance)
2. InBody Assessment
3. Food Diary Introduction
- You will be keeping a food diary for 7days after your DNAlysis test to better understand your lifestyle + habits
4. DNA Core test (with any add on tests discussed)
Once we have received the results of the test (around 21days) - you come for your follow up and we will discuss the way forward. This consult is all about information gathering + completing the DNA test.
Please note the DNA Core test is R4800 - add on tests will be charged accordingly.
