FIRST consultation
1. Full Body Composition Analysis Using an InBody scale, we assess: - Muscle mass - Body fat percentage - Visceral fat levels - Hydration status This gives us a far more accurate picture than weight alone and helps tailor your plan to your body. 2. Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Education We’ll deep dive into: - Your current eating patterns - Medical history and chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes, kidney disease, oncology care) - Practical, evidence-based strategies to improve your health - All explained in a way that actually makes sense in real life (not textbook vibes). 3. Tailored Goal Setting We’ll set realistic, step-by-step goals based on: - Your health priorities - Your lifestyle - What you can actually stick to 4. Food Journal “Homework” You’ll leave with a simple food journal to complete. This helps me: - Understand your real-world habits - Identify patterns, triggers, and gaps - Build a plan that fits your life, not a generic template 5. Follow-Up Booking for Your Personalised Plan Before you leave, we’ll schedule your follow-up session where you’ll receive: - Your fully customised meal plan - Supplement guidance (if needed) - Ongoing strategy to support your goals
