Choose this option if you or your child would like to begin the process for a career or subject choice assessment.

Choose this option if you would like a free 15 minute consultation to find out more about the DBT skills so that you can decide if it is a good fit for you or your child.

Choose this option if you would like your adolescent to attend therapy sessions with me. Please ensure that the relevant consent forms are signed before your child attends the therapy session. Your teenager will also be asked to consent to therapy. If you would like to meet with me before scheduling a session for your teenager, please select the 'Initial Consultation: Parent/Caregiver' option.

Choose this service if you or your child has already had an intial consultation with me and all we have discussed the therapeutic contract, and you have received and completed the client information document and therapy consent forms.

Select this option if your child is currently attending therapy with me and you would like to book a session to discuss your child's progress in therapy.
