Select this appointment if you have sustained a head injury or suspected concussion within the last 14 days. This session involves a comprehensive neurological and vestibular assessment (including SCAT6 protocols) to safely diagnose the severity of the injury and provide immediate management advice. ​Note: If you have severe worsening symptoms (vomiting, loss of consciousness, severe headache), please proceed to the nearest Emergency Room immediately.

Select this appointment if you have been referred by another practitioner for an injection, or if this is the first time we are treating this specific joint. ​Process: Referral review, Ultrasound safety scan, and Procedure (if indicated). ​Clinical Warning: Booking does not guarantee an injection. If the ultrasound reveals infection or structural risks, we will not proceed. ​Billing: Fee covers Consultation + Ultrasound + Procedure. Medication/Kits are charged additionally.

Select this appointment for general medical care that is not related to a sports injury. It is intended for long-term existing patients needing ongoing general care, and for athletes with a general medical problem such as an illness, infection, or a condition requiring prescription medication. For competing athletes, all prescribing is done with the WADA Prohibited List in mind, and I will guide you through the Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) process where needed. Please note this service is for general medicine only. For a new or ongoing musculoskeletal injury, please select "New Injury Assessment" instead.

Select this appointment if you are preparing for a large event (e.g., Comrades, Ironman, Cycle Tour) or are returning to high-intensity sport. We perform a Maximal Exertion Stress ECG to monitor your heart under load. We also review a Performance Blood Panel to ensure your metabolic engine is optimised for race day.

Select this appointment if you have a chronic condition (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension) or are returning to sport over the age of 35. Following ACSM guidelines, we perform a maximal exertion Stress ECG to see how your heart responds to physical load. This allows us to prescribe the exact intensity of exercise that is safe and effective for you.

Select this appointment if you have already had your initial assessment for this specific injury and need to review your progress. We will reassess your function, review your response to the current treatment, and advance your rehabilitation plan toward full recovery. ​Note: Bedside ultrasound may be used as part of this appointment to monitor your healing progress and guide your rehabilitation.

Select this appointment ONLY if you are an existing patient returning for a planned repeat injection for the same condition (e.g., 2nd PRP shot or Cortisone top-up). We will perform a quick ultrasound safety check and proceed with the injection.
