We are a women's pelvic health practice based in Edenvale, Johannesburg.
We empower women to thrive throughout the different stages of womanhood. From trying to conceive, flourishing throughout all pregnancies into delivery, in preparation for menopause and beyond into her grey years. We do this through pelvic health physiotherapy and by preventing & treating incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, & neck, back & pelvic pain.

Initial Back, Neck or Limb Consult
Choose this option if you've never been for a session with us before and you would like assessment and treatment of your back, neck or limbs.
Women's Pelvic Health Initial Session
The initial assessment for a woman struggling with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti abdominis or constipation.
Prenatal Pelvic Initial Consult
This consult is designed for women during pregnancy who want to proactively prepare their body for labor and delivery or prevent common issues such as pelvic pain, incontinence, or muscle weakness.
Follow-Up Back, Neck & Limb Consult
Book this appointment if you’ve had an initial physiotherapy consult with us before. This follow-up helps you stay on track with your recovery and supports your return to optimal movement and function.
Postpartum Check
A comprehensive postpartum check for our mommies < 1 year postpartum. This screening will determine whether your body is ready to get back into impact exercise such as running.
Follow-Up Pelvic Consult
