Choose this appointment type if you've previously had an appointment.

For new patients, the session begins with a short medical consultation to ensure safety and tailor the infusion. For existing patients, infusions are guided by your ongoing treatment plan. Sessions last 30–90 minutes depending on the formulation, with the option to enjoy warm lighting, curated music, calming scents, and comforting textures.

*Existing clients only* needing a repeat prescription or having a medication-related query. Requests for new additions to scripts will require a normal consultation.
