Video consultations can be used for mild illnesses such as Common cold and flu, Sinus infections, Sore throat, Mild fevers, Seasonal allergies, chronic condition management, chronic repeat prescriptions, mental health and emotional support (amongst other things). However, it is not suitable for emergency/serious conditions such as chest pain, difficulty breahting, high risk infections or rapidly worsening symptoms.

A scheduled session that takes place after an initial consultation to review progress, results, address any new developments related to a problem you were recently seen for, and refine the recommended plan.
