Use this option to make an appointment for: - a general Q & A session; or - feedback on an assessment

Choose this option if you're booking for a CHILD requiring treatment for the first time.

Choose this option if you're an ADULT requiring treatment for the first time.

Choose this option if you've had an assessment already and are booking for your first or follow-up therapy session.

Please select a suitable day and time for your child's therapy session during the April school holiday. Please note that therapy sessions will be available on Mondays and Thursdays from the 13th of April until the 4th of May.
