A full hour of dedicated 1-on-1 session tailored to your ongoing recovery and pain management. Designed for chronic pain, this unhurried appointment combines gentle manual therapy with nervous system regulation, pacing guidance and personalised movement progressions.

A supportive 30-minute check-in to see how you're feeling and gently step up your home exercises as you get stronger. Perfect for updating your routine and keeping your recovery on track. Please note: This session focuses on movement assessment and exercise adaptation, it does not include hands-on manual therapy.

Specialised 1-on-1 care in your home for patients who are unable to travel to the practice due to severe pain, weakness or limited mobility. We focus on assessing your daily living space, improving bed mobility and transfers, easing discomfort and creating practical rehabilitation routines tailored directly to your home environment.
