This 90 min couples session is ideal for either two members of the same family or a married couple or a set of friends. The session is done via zoom and the recording is shared as a downloadable file for your download and lifetime access to it.

The intention of this mini workshop is for you to become unstuck and get back to Joy, We would book 4 classes and each class is broken up into 2hr sessions. We connect at a time that works best for both of us.
